L/O s dont have a line 5 for personal use? WTF?
Guess I will start putting in applications elsewhere when I get back by the house next week. I had planned to stay at Stevens for a while but that is just to "F"d up. -
I see my prediction came true, off to Hershey.

Hope I get one of you awesome trainers for the 21st

No records/scars than it never happened!!! Look for another training outfit, If you do have scars but are really small they will not see them and you can always say it was from something you did recently. I have a scar from a old surgery and it may of DQ me so 2 days before my exam I used a knife and open it up and put a band aid on it. Doctor never asked!!
What form did she write it on, something from Steven's?? As long as they did not put it on your DAC then it never happened, you never went to Steven's. Wait 2 weeks then pull your DAC and see what if anything it says. -
R.C. Moore has the same beautiful trucks (black 660)
Put sometime in at a training company and if you really want to drive a black K-whopper give R.C. a call!!
You learned the hard way as most of us do out here, but it is not the end of your trucking career my friend. -
when compliance gets tired of dealing with calls every day from contractors bobtailing to eat.... they will either add line 5 like a good company, or do like landstar is doing, and require all movement of the truck be logged. any bets on which Stevens will do?
Nasty snow and wind here in morris IL tonight. Glad I parked when I did. -
I have a good idea of what they will do, but maybe if enough contractors and owners fuss it may change. I don't see the Arrons letting the addition or not of a line 5 affect their bottom line. Ie, they are not going to let many people walk before they fix the problem.

It was a Stevens form called, "Stevens Transport On Sight Medical Clinic," and the nurse said the "permanently disqualified" decision was a Stevens policy, so I hope she didn't put anything on the DAC. I've already decided not to be quite so, um, "helpful" in the future.
And I really think they meant "On-site" in the title. Not that I'm the grammar police or anything, but you would think a big company would know the difference...sheesh.

Technically you weren't "hired" as you had not passed your physical or passed your orientation so they can't send anything to DAC.
