Time With Trainer & Misc ?'s

Whats it like with a Swifty trainer?
Do they run it like a solo operation for a week then go team, or what?
Do they make you do a certain amount of backs, or loads with the trainer?
Is training always 4 weeks?
If you get stuck with a slob are they pretty open to putting you with someone else?

What's the final road test like at the terminal?

Do they let you bring truck home?
Do they have a certain period before you can have a rider?

I know some of these have been asked, but please do respond to my questions as I can't find each answer completely...

 

I sure can't find anyone explaining the details of what its like with trainer(other than he was a slob, bleh bleh), or what the final road test is like, or whether they require a certain amount of backs, or w/e with trainer. I also can't find where they say if there is a distance between being able to bring truck home, or not..

 

Thanks! I was really curious of those ?'s because I am in a mix between Schneider & Swift. I'm kinda liking Schneider's 2 weeks out with a trainer alittle more, but the Swift recruiter has been really good to me versus the Schneider recruiter.
