Millis chat room

im currently 20 but looking to drive for millis. i dont have m cdl yet but was wondering if anybody knew if millis would hire students fresh out of school or do you have to go through there training? thanks for the help

 

If you're not experienced you have to go to our school. Not sure what the min hiring age is.

Millis hires students at 21 and experienced drivers must be atleast 23

 

Yes we deliver and pickup around and in Baltimore.... I was just in Baltimore this past Monday to be exact! We actually have a drop lot in Elkridge, MD. About 3 miles from the TA in Jessup!

 

Thanks for the input everybody. I still got about 8 months before I turn but I just want to have it all figured out so it will be less stress and confusion when the time comes

 

Much appreciated Whitey. I saw a Millis trailer parked behind a WalMart in Waldorf, MD (US 301) a couple of weeks ago. Hopefully, Millis will be recruiting from my area when I get my act together.

BTW, I enjoy the Millis forums. You guys appear to look out for each other.
