    Bad credit will improve with time. There are also ways in which you can improve your credit rating.

    You might want to consider building an overall business plan and taking it to a local bank (preferably one that you have a proven track record with).

    You'd be surprised at how many small community banks (especially if they are in the oil and gas regions of America) have money to lend!

    All the local banks in my home town will not loan any money if you say the word "trucking". They say they have been bit to many times.

    There are a number of lenders who will do loans on trucks. Some specialize in class 8 equipment. They will want decent credit and some driving experience. Most will want at least 6-12 months experience. Some lenders who refuse to make equipment loans for trucks will make commercial loans if your company has a track record of a couple of years.
