36 million drivers would flunk drivers tests

The day I went down to get my CDL permit(at the Long Beach Ca dmv in 96') I paid my money and as I was turning in my test,a Cambodian lady had failed her test for the third time and I listened as the person behind the desk asked Her to verbally answer the questions She had gotten wrong.the DMV employee had to ask the lady more than once on each question She got wrong,and begged Her to get it right so She would get Her license and go away(So The employee wouldn't have to deal with her again) After numerous trys She did get Her license. that scared the hell out of me.
