R.I.P. Don you will be missed , Always liked pulling into green bay and seeing you walking around terminal and talking with us drivers.

 

I remember that Don Schneider had a falling out with his father in the 70's and bought Jones Transfer in Green Bay renaming it DS Jones Inc.

They were a refrigerated carrier and a main competitor of the outfit I drove for at the time. Their main customers were Pauly Cheese and Schreiber Cheese. The trucks were orange and white.

I don't remember when they were sold or closed.
