want to get a cdl.......

hello,

my dad is a driver for over twenty years, and i want to get into the industry. but i need some help on some info as far as how my criminal background will affect along with my driving record. i applied at schiender recently and was told to reapply due to a ticket i have on my record [15 to 19 over almost 3 years ago] i also have a retail theft from five years ago and some other misdermenor stuff all resolved and 5 plus years old. i called prime and a few others and am having some luck and not so with others. i heard that cr england would accept me and i have applied there as well. no felonies and no drug convictions. no dui or alcohol related offenses either. how hard will it be for me to get in.. my driving record has two moving violations in the last five years and the dmv records in wi only go back five years as well......... ANY INFO about the industry and hiring standards for companies would be extremely helpful.......................
