I rather not say at this point. I have not started yet. Hopefully by this time next week I will be in a truck. I will say this company does not have any small triangles on their CSA website. I also have seen over the last 6 months and have heard they keep their equipment in much better shape then WSE did. My right shoulder is still sore from Joplin after beating on that #### piece of crap trailer, and don't get me started on that empty trailer sitting in 6 inches of mud and water at the Atlanta Terminal they tried to force me to hook up to. I mean sitting too from the reefer to the rear doors. No way to do it with out some boots. I just looked at that idiot trip planner and said tell my FM to take me off the load because I just quit.

It's my own #### fault, I only had about 9 months experience with a preventable when I got fired from USA Truck. Pickings was a bit slim and WSE did hire me. I never believed I would work there for longer then a year anyway. I'm not kidding when I say. All their terminal's driver facilities smell. Their equipment is junk. The Atlanta terminal got so bad they fired most of the mechanics last month. The parts guy got fired because of missing tires and most likely will get charged.
I heard a trainer say once in Elm Springs half the students don't last more then 6 months. WSE is a hell hole to be avoided. No I am not flipping burgers. I start orientation Monday with what I hope is not a bottom feeder company like WSE.

I got my log book out last night and listed the last 6 trailers. After replaying those trips in my mind I remembered 4 of the 6 had mechanical problems of some kind. One had doors so bad it took considerable effort just to open and close them. Yes Atlanta is a hole. For anybody reading this Atlanta has NO TV and nothing but a 4 place table with 5 chairs around it as their driver lounge. This room is about 12X8 and this space includes the vending machines. This table is sitting about 6 feet from the men's /shower room and this door does not open and close right. If someone defecates you can't help but smell it right at the vending machines and the table. Yes there are showers but they are smelly and nasty. One of the johns is missing a seat. The majority of the parking is dirt. NO washing machines NO dryer. Elm Springs is a bit better but not by much. And don't get me started on that company's asinine idling policy.

Just wanted to keep you up to date. I decided to return to WSE and finish my year. Then at that time I will look at my options. The company I was looking at has way to many micky mouse rules to suit me, and I decided to leave their orientation. And before some smarta$$ makes a dumb reply, I left on my own and was not asked to leave. In fact the recruiter has called me 4 times since I left.

According to my (now old) FM there was a FM in Elm Springs that either quit or was fired. They transferred around 10 Atlanta based drivers to the FM's in Atlanta. I was one of them. So I now have a new FM.

Please keep us advised. Enjoy your no-holes barred critiques. I see a lot of WSE drivers in my area so information about them is always good.
