Sitting at the terminal in Liberty. Delivering in St. Louis tomorrow. Heading back empty to pick up my truck. Training was a good experience. Nice to have someone show you the in and outs of the company.

I am going thru what is called the Reactivate program. Have a few yrs experience, but had been a yr or so since I have been OTR. Finishing the training period this week, then I will be a company driver. After 90 days, I will be doing the L/P. I have been an O/O in the past, so this will not be new to me. So, I will have three different views of the company.

The training period has been good. Was not crazy about the idea at first, but I am glad I did it. Will start the company driver updates this week or weekend. Was heading to Liberty today to get my truck, but it will not be ready till Thursday evening, so they gave us another run instead of sitting me till it was ready. On our way to pu in Bedford Park, and delivering in KC friday morning.

    Stoney and Gears Thank this.

You drive with a trainer for 4,000 miles and the pay is 20 cents a mile. After that, you move up to 30 cents for 90 days. Once you complete the 90 days, you are paid the same way as the other company drivers. It ranges from 35 to 46 a mile. The better your proformance is, the higher the pay

So that .20cpm is for all miles driven? Or just the miles you drove?

And after 4000 miles, you go solo at 30cpm?

    Thanks..
