With all due respect can anyone here help me find replacement headlights to meet todays standards for good/better/best in my 2000 Pete 377? Brand new stock headlights on this model are completely worthless and get worse with age.![]()

I have a 99 Pete 379. I installed the united pacific 80/100w head lights and they arent as bright as my regular sylvania lights were.. The guy behind the counter was talking about putting resistors in the wiring. What kind of resistors do I need and where in the wiring do I install them? I need them brighter...

You sure he didn't say you needed relays in the harness to pull power from the battery for the extra wattage.

If you ever come north, bout 2 hours north of seattle, I can show you at least 4 options.

I had the united pacific 80/100w head lights on my 98 379 and it was a waste of money....And with Hi beams on a circuit breaker pops out and you are in darkness at highway speed....Those head lights are junk IMO. Recently installed a set from Daniel Stern and I really like them... Please do not assume I am advertising anything simply the headlights work for me.....
