Yeah my instructor told me the same thing and I did. I'm going back in 2 weeks. Been working out with 75lbs LOL. I was just curious to see if this is common or the chick had a quota to fail atleast 1 in every group.

You can get that overturned. Get your own physical and pass. Then the company has to mutually agree on a specialist.
Not all do that weight lifting. Find a walk in clinic and not a chiropractor.
Sounds like she was a bit little picky and not concise on directions.
Excorcist1 Thanks this. -
I was sent home from the stress test for having too high of blood pressure. Didn't even get to do the stress test. Going back this coming week to do it again.
Excorcist1 Thanks this. -
Blood pressure is not a reliable indicator of physical conditioning and will naturally go up when the body is under stress. That's why they check before exercise, not after; unless you are a Buddhist monk, it's not controllable. Your breathing and pulse rates, however, are good indicators of physical conditioning and do respond to exercise. Marathon runners, for example, will have very, very low resting pulse and respiratory rates. During exercise, theirs will go up to what you and I would consider 'normal,' but after a minute or two of resting, they will go back down.
