    J&J Rental in New Town ND is about the worst company you could ever go to work for as an owner operator. They do not pay their bills and sit on money owed for sometimes months. They blame everyone from office help to the truck pusher claiming trucking tickets were lost or not turned in. Companies leased on will go broke working for this company. Stay away.

    File a lien against the rig and/or the lease that you hauled to. You will get their attention and the land owner will get on their case along with the oil company.

    I live in Esmond, ND... I ran a couple of side dumps and worked from devils lake to williston.. for the most part, everything this post has stated is true and also , the companies that i dealt with, did pay $ 110.00 an hour.. but Zero Fuel S/C... and the truck would have to run 6 to 7 hours a day, just to pay for the fuel.. and if you're working a 12 hour day.. there is not enough left over to pay the rest of the expenses, Workmans comp, employee taxes, truck/trailer ins, truck/trailer payments...and pray you dont have a major break down...
