    Whatever you do make SURE you take NO SHORTCUTS on wiring this thing up. As short a hot lead as possible. There is a chassis ground on the inverter for a reason....USE IT! If your using a microwave or something that is going to be drawing a heavy amp load make sure the truck is running as this will help extend the life of your batteries...

    Having large capacity inverter is a good thing,never the less if you not going to use all the available power it will run cooler.Just like if you have high horse power motor it is there if you ever need it but dont use it if is not need it.
