Zink Inc STINKS

    I have been in this business for over 20 years and I have never had a trucking company do to me what ZINK did. They lied, dodged calls, demanded money via comm check, and still delivered a week late. If you "know them personally" ...you need to get better friends....

    Zink Inc is the worst company for any means of transportation. They have switched, lost and tore up many of my loads. The driver in the yellow truck that delivered my load last week didn't know what he was doing and almost got two of my workers hurt. They need real drivers!

    It sounds like he is the reciever and thus he probably has no control over it. Transport was most likely arranged by a broker on behalf of the shipper. He could complain to his vendor(the shipper), and ask that they not be sent their again.

    Several of you have mentioned "price" as the reason we booked loads with zink. I can tell you in my case price had nothing to do with it, they were the only truck available at the time of my load. My customer needed the freight moved and delivered by a certain date. They agreed to the rate and committed to a specific delivery date. Then they did everything they could to screw me on the load. I lost the customer do to their "unprofessionalism"....and it had nothing to do with price!!

    Ok, In your contract with them to haul said lds. Did you put a clause in there about fining them for late del?
    I know some have that in them. If so I would persue that clause and charge them the full amount stated for their late del.
    Sorry you lost the customer. Hopefully you might be able to get them back. Just do not use Zink, and check your haulers more carefully.

    In my case, price wasn't the issue either. There comes a point in time, you just need to get the customer's freight delivered to them. This is where Zink Inc needs to be stopped, I don't know who the driver is that moved TopDog's freight, but this company just needs to be blacklisted! Period! Make sure you read my link also "Zink Inc Stolen Load...."

    saw a ZINC truck rollin west on 80 in utah just this morning. Wanted to say something over the radio but just thought it best to keep my mouth shut. somebody's givin em loads!!
