I've really been dropping off lately. Things are crazy at work, our safety director stepped down and we're just delegating his duties out and giving someone else the title. It's kind of freaking me out.

At the Pilot in Ottawa Lake, MI after my pick up. Was supposed to be preloaded and ended up being a live load which delayed me a bit. Wanted to get about a 100 miles down the road before stopping for the night, but with the delay decided to just park and start early in the morn. Delivery at 0700 on Monday in Ridgeway, VA so plenty of time to get there.

Quiet in here...anyway...I'm in Fort Chiswell, VA at the Hook. My delivery is only about a 125 miles away in the morning but I have to take the long way around through Roanoke so probably take three hours.

Weekend dispatch seemed a bit annoyed when I called to get reroute approval. The route they had sent me had no place to stop for the last 150 miles. My route was only 4 more miles so I convinced him I knew what I was doing. If it had been my FM, she wouldn't have asked me 20 questions...LOL!

At the TA in Russell, IL. I have a 0300 appt in Kenosha. I must be cursed because I can't seem to break away from Wisconsin.

Georgetown, KY, 0800 appt, 1/4 mile away. Should be an easy drop, a single 45k coil.

so you're just going to loosen the chains and steer hard? That's what I'd do, and assuming I didn't kill anyone I could look for a new job.

    notezbngrn71 and Cheryl Thank this.

Probably wouldn't even have to steer that hard as big as it is. :)
