Another trick if you can, move your fifth wheel forward. They say optimal distance from cab to front of trailer is 29 inches. Of course you have to watch your wings in jackknife turns and in my case, my International Prostar is very front heavy. It normally weighs out at 11,820 with load where it is set at now so I have no wiggle room there.

There is only one reason someone would ask that question. Why don't you get clean for a while before driving a truck. Works out better for all of us.Southpaw7391 and flightwatch Thank this.

Made all my deliveries on this 4 dropper on time. Then it was wait an hour to be dispatched to broklyn for a 0600 appt. Only 5 hours earlier. This dispatch does not work. Then it took me 2 1/2 hours to drive the 50 miles. Then wait 4 hours to be loaded. Then it was hustle back to bloomsbury TA and hope for a spot. Only took one lap to find a blind side spot. Put it in with out any damage with lots of cursing from the CB.
Now it is figure out if I can make on time delivery. -
I "X" rotate mine every 30 thousand miles on drives, and I rotate and balance the steers every 15k.
My last set of steers had 260k on them and were still legal. But they were starting to crack and I was training.Southpaw7391 Thanks this.
