another thing you dont want to do! had a w900 was running down the interstate had to stretch well the darn seat broke & darn near ended up back in that studio sleeper! well got pulled over had a couplle of them mini tie downs, lifted up the back of the botom cushion & got it strapped together it worked good except felt like I had a golf ball in my ##### took awhile till could get repaired & have had hemroids ever since!!!!![]()

I always thought trucker's wallets were just a tool to help drivers find their belt and undo the buckle. Most of us can't reach our belt buckle but we can pull a chain out of a back pocket.

Great suggestions, however being on the road makes it hard to do squats with anything more than bodyweight, so in it's place I would substitute kettlebell swings. Easier to transport with you, and does more for the whole posterior chain. Also, it's easy to make a t-handle bar for doing kettlebell swings, and much cheaper than buying actual kettlebells. -
i was experiencing this issue i was thinking it was the bald ### tires i was driving on but now im thinking it might have been a circulation problem. i would check with ur doctor.

Redskins, that pain is in your muscle or in your skin? Or, is it an aching inside your lower parts? A seat won't help if it's a polyp or worse. You really should see a doctor and get it looked at. Too serious to just live with.
