Got burned Monday outside of Pittsburgh PA. No warning signs to reduce speed, or signs of a school zone, clocked at 28 in a 15. Need to find a lawyer quick. Any help is appreciated.
Good attorneys near Pittsburgh?

Yes sir, it was. Good to know that about the magistrate, I found one lawyer in this area, flat fee of $475, hoping to find someone cheaper. -
Just curious, how did you miss the flashing school zone sign?

They must have installed that after he got the ticket...
double_r Thanks this. -
Otherwise I have watched lawyers do the okkee dokkee shuffle when drivers are absent. Don't know your situation but i would have gone back and looked the area over the same day. Thats what I done when I was written two tickets a few years ago at ruther glen va at the old pilot station exit 104.
I won both of those tickets. I would question if the flashing light was working at time and if officer could see it was working right before citing you?
Was light obstructed temporarily? If my MVR was clean I would take that also.
I can think of about 20 things I would use to defend myself in similar situation, but most important did you admitt guilt to officer? They take notes and you can request them in discovery. -
double_r Thanks this.
