    Does anyone know who knights workmans comp insurance carrier is. They seem to not want to answer me after screwing me for 5 weeks straight!

    Yes was hurt wish i had a funny story but no im just another starving driver! Would apreciate any help with finding out there insurance carrier!

    They are probably self insured. You would have to deal with their insurance dept.
    If they are not treating you right, you will have go thru your state labor board. Or hire a lawyer yourself.

    Worker's Comp lawyer is what you need,he/she can take care all the legal needs to solve your issue.There tons of them in the yellow pages.

    I'm in W/C right now. A big LTL company. They have a major insurance co holding their work comp. The adjuster is less than sympathetic.

    Did you report your injury AS SOON AS IT HAPPENED TO YOUR IMMEDIATE SUPERVISOR OR WHOMEVER WAS RESPONSIBLE? If not, you may be screwed. There are many horrible hoops to jump thru. If you didn't pee test, they want you to go away....

    I lawyered up. You may still have recourse if you do the same. If not, be prepared to be fired, slandered on DAC and have a hard time getting another trucking job.

    I wish you the best and hope you heal from your injury.

    Thanks everyone , yes I lawyered up and its a work comp case but still want to find out out if they are self insured and if so what company are they running that under.
    If I do drive again it wont be for no stinking company getting treated like dirt and kept hostage away from my family!!!
