I talked to one today, said he was paying off his second lease truck with May. I love May as a company, and want to believe the good things, but I would like some real-life experiences from people who have leased with May, good and bad. So many horror stories about other companies 'fleece' programs.
Any May Lease Ops?

Just find someone with the "L" by their truck number...
Most will be happy to talk to you. Get as much info you can
BEFORE you make the leap into leasing...Pays to be informed.

I'm off for my son's graduation right now, the only time I actually have time to post lol -
From what little research I have done, I know I would not go into it if I had debt. Credit cards, car, mortgage etc. The less bills you got at home, the easier you can breathe if you get a lousy week.

I talked to Darrell on the phone today, and I'm going to see him in the next week or two, to discuss the program...
jonny 77 Thanks this. -
I would love to help you with this decision. Tell me about your trucking or life experience that helps you feel you will have success with a lease purchase?
What are you currently making as well?
The biggest mistake getting into this is being a trucker and not a businessmen. I can tell you that I would lose money to join the Lease op program if that tells you anything! Please advice your current situation and I will follow up with you. -
just a wheel holder did u ever lease with may

I doubt if he ever did. Besides, he's on a May Trucking "hiatus" in this forum, so, you may not hear back from him

He is still a trainer. Can't train as a L/O is what I have been told.
