You will want to ask for Mrs. Bettie N. She is the recruiting cordinator. You will want to be recommended by an active driver.

Ok, Ladies and Germs, I start Boyd Feb. 20th. And being a former owner/op and working for some just flat out AWFUL companies, I can honestly say I'm excited. I spoke with a few drivers who said they are "treated right" and said they make good money and have good home time. My recruiter, Miss Cynthia, is such a wonderful person. She's so nice. But because of my previous flatbed experience, I obviously won't go with a trainer, but she said that they will go through the way they want things done, which I'm sure is all insurance related. I will be getting a $1,500 sign on bonus. $500 after truck assignment, $500 after six months then the remaining $500 after a year. On top of the $100/day pay during orientation. (Which I only got $100 all 3 days of orientation where I'm at now). So for all you mathematicians out there, that's $1,000 I'll make just in the first week. And, I know, it all sounds good on paper, but regardless, the drivers seem happy and the pay seems to be legit. All companies have their issues, but if you do the job you were hired for, NO ONE should have any beef with their employer. I'll update everyone with more info when I can. God Bless.

I was supposed to pull those water tankers for them, but they pulled that out from under me, saying I lived too far away now. When they originally called me to do tanker. Now I'm sitting in Atlanta with no load and a truck that needs work done on it. And it's funny how all of a sudden, after I put in my two weeks, there's no freight. These dudes a childish and utterly ridiculous. .34/mile (newbies make more than that.), bonuses that I've learned really are almost impossible to get, and a whopping hundred dollars to be talked to like I'm an idiot for 3 days. This place is a joke. No wonder their turn over rare is so high. Because people like me had a brief lapse in judgement and were dumb enough to come here.#
