    Yeah, you do not have to drive a vehicle with defects. Period. If your company won't fix it, you don't need to work there, period. No reason you can give me to drive it outweighs the repercussion of being in a wreck where a child dies and you get charged with vehicular manslaughter because you had bad tires, missing lights, shoddy brakes, etc. Enjoy prison. (little dramatic, but true!)
