Nope sorry shaggy i was working doing my 3 stop 114 mile run, god i hate running like this, I know it sounds crazy and alot of guys would kill fo it, but I like to run and run long, at least have a 400 mile day, so thats wher I was. only 8 hrs today.

 

Learning the employer/employee relationship should be learned at an early age. Don't expect to be treated fair, like anyone else, or special. Don't even expect a thankyou. Just take the money for services rendered and if you get screwed and cannot work it out, go to another company or get a different profession.

Maybe even better, apply somewhere for a dispatchers job and work up into management and change some things. (impossible)

All companies are very similiar. Most of the management folk aren't doing anything but the minimum required to keep their low paying job. Above the ones you deal with, they know they have a revolving door of applicants and you are really just a breathing ameba, that is all. Sorry.
