Applying online for my authority it asks wether I will be hauling haz materials. I will be pulling a flat so I would think not, but not sure how to answer , interstate motor carrier or interstate haz material carrier Thanks

As 40 cal glock said in the other post, Do you or do you not have a hazmat customer lined up and then do you even have the hazmat endorsement? I haul hazmat on a regular basis but unless you have the customers then why?
