I was sent to texas to help with those loads, i did two loads friday. Sat all day saturday and sunday. Then monday at noon i was given a load from texas to colorado? I asked if i was helping with the dedicated runs or not? I got no answer. I take the load drive to pu, about a hour and call to get directions, the load cancelled(short version). So i sit the rest of monday. I get a call this morning to dh to pilgrims in pittsburg texas drop my trailer and dh to laredo. I get to pittsburg and get a call that things changed im picking up in mt pleasant heading to ga and nc.

My problem is ive driven 250 mt miles in 4 days lol, for some reason i guess the dedicated runs dont need help and my dm is not communicating with me. This past week is screwed. I know my check will be wrong.

Any otr guys in texas running loads or just sitting? Do they still need help or is that over?

Did the cardboard run from Golden to Hyrum. Took a 10 and then got a load out of Amercold in Clearfield to Tolleson. Went to get an MT in Hyrum and nothing but dirty ones and the wash there is closed, sht!. Ask a local driver if there was any other place close and he told me about one in Logan which is about 10 miles away. Got there and they were just closing up, sht again! The kid there was real nice and said he would stay and do it real quick, no sht! Saved me from driving all the way into SLC to do it. Got to Americold right on time for a drop/hook. "oh that trailer is still in the door". Dropped the MT and backed up to the trailer and the reefer isn't even turned on yet! SHT,SHT,SHT!!!!

Lol milehigh, sounds like you are having fun.

Armyguy, hate to say it but the communication you talk of is the biggest problem with JBS. Don't think it will change either. But on the good side I have been going to Texas a lot more myself to move loads in the same areas you talk of. Sorry maybe not good for you but has been good for me. Over 2500 miles last week. Already have 2300 in for this week. Hope it get better for you bro.

18kyle, sorry to hear the dedicated run not working out. I know you had good hopes for it. Maybe thing will turn around for ya. If not well... You know where NASCAR is it...lol

Army dude they hired 15-20 new guys to fill those trks they had in pittsbrg,I assume they have those boys up and running now so yall otr guys arnt needed any longer. Idk- I can only speak for myself, not sleeping in truck and running a dedicated deal too, especially when I was told I would be home every night. The 2 lane I have to run to do it is very dangerous and has had numerous fatalities on it,not worth it ifin I can't do the home nightly deal.oh well lost the bet with the wifey over it,now I have new yard lanscaping to do for it! Lol. Alrighty then, where's my pom poms.. got to get back to the " discuss your favorite thread"...............what's that chirping sound......? Must be crickets since spring is almost here in east tx with the piss elm's starting to bloom already, and,I mowed my lawn sat. I don't want to hear it either harley or any other florida hands about spring-yall living in northern cuba and all.

Call it what u want there tyson boy. Fact#1 was promised a dedicated run, home every night. Fact#2 lasted 1 week exactly for both me and other driver. Hell I just work here, they can do what they want I guess just don't be mad at me when I unazz an do something else. Your a trainer I believe right? Your not goin to have the same problems as single drivers and I run regional so until you come down here an run some 70 mile runs that u wait on for 4 hrs then set on the dock 3 hrs to unload,u have no soapbox fo yoself....I know a driver here who has no trouble at regional either,of course he's a suckarse. Not callin you 1 however, just sayin.

Roflmao Kylebusch that is some funny shat Trainers at JBS get priority as well as teams, we only have 2 real trainers at JBS maybe 3 Russell F, Brian E, are the only two people who are not in it for the Money or the "easy" sit on your ### all day job.
Other than that the Texas Regional is the toughest JBS has, the Midwest Regional folks make killer money, and run like scalded dogs.

OTR drivers it is slow right now that time of year, but we are moving slowly but slowly....

Doc,I respect ya man, you'll have pom poms one day cause its worth the good news an the next your havin a sam kinison tirade cause your getting some extramarital luvin from your employer. That driver I said was a suckarse is a "forest gump" type person-he could get gang raped in a county jail shower room and look at it in a "positive way" cause he was at least "gettin some". Jbs isn't the worst company I've worked for,far from it-but-they could be a lot better. Practical miles, automatic detention after 1 hour, more dm's,more night dm's,pay 20$ for any flats or trailer mechanical issues PLUS breakdown pay after 2 hrs-that way trls won't be dropped cause azzholio drivas won't drop em w/flats or light issues. When jbs tells you something they need to stick with it,even if it costs them a dolla or 2. Other than that I have not many issues-trucks are going to break down,no matter whom ya drive for. Oh an start payin regional texas drvs salary say 180.$ a day-i would lose $ 2day but most days it would make a little more and it would be worthwhile-they wouldn't be losing as many tx reg guys as they do ifin they started payin salary. Later my homies!
