Hi, my name is Josh and I have been a driver for about 10 years. I recently quit driving to help my friend get his trucking company off the ground and I realize I really enjoy the dispatch area of the business. I would really like to become a LS agent since they are such a great company to haul for I figured they would be great to work for. Could you give me your opinion on being an agent for LS and the steps to getting started with LS.
Thanks a bunch
Josh Maness

We've been here 17 years and love it. They typically want you to have your own customers already before they'll give you an agency and I would strongly recommend becoming a sub-agent for a current agent until you get on your feet with your own book of customers. I'd be happy to speak to you on the phone and give you more information. Get 7 posts and pm me.
