95 mack ch613 do i have to get the clutch from mack

    My clutch blew on my mack and i was told i have to get the clutch from mack it is e7-427 with a eaton 10 speed. They said the mack have a 9 spring pressure plate. Is this true?

    The Mack has a different clutch but it does not have to come from Mack. You can get a reman. MU155698SB9 and MU15569812SB9 is a Mid-American clutch the second one has more paddles. A reman Mid-American should run around 450.00-525.00 ish.

    Someone that installs more clutches can verify this. I do just about everything else with trucks and parts ordering but not transmission or clutch work (and I am pretty sure this info is correct) but not 100% sure (more like 99%).
