Maine Driver Looking for a New Direction

I am looking for a company that will hire me. I reside in Southern Maine and am looking to hook up with somebody to drive on a regional level, possibly consider 48 state depending on the company. I have attended CDL School, last January and have 9 mths experience currently. I need somebody who is willing to give somebody a second chance at making a new career. OUI 8 yrs old, otherwise driving record is clean. Last employer put stuff on my DAC that is making it very hard for me to get a second look from anybody. I have no accidents, tickets or infractions in the past 8 yrs. Just need a chance.

 

The other company placed on the DAC that I had 3 incidents in a short period of time. All non-reportable. All 3 showed basically the same thing, they just added 2 additional dates that never happened. All 3 incidents showed to be with a stationary object. I had 1 incident while with them, turning around in a very dark parking lot in a driving rain storm, I bumped up against a lightpole. Didn't take the pole down, just knocked out a light. No big deal. No accidents, ever on my driving record in any vehicle in my life. Only thing is this 1 incident. (Not 3) I hope that this clarifies what was placed on the DAC.

 

I will also add that I have applied recently through a number of diferent recruiters and they are all saying the same thing, that the 3 incidents in a short period of time is the issue. They all seem to want 6 mths driving experience from the last incident before they would hire but they won't give any option to get the 6 mths experience. So far just a lot of brick walls.
