second shop thrift store

Saw a cobra nxt 29 -40 channel in the display case, no mike, no power chord, nothen, but a sticker on top , says best offer, so i did $10.00, nope, she want too start at $30.00 , i dont think so i said too myself , if i could see it light up , mayby, been burnt on too many cb's at truckstop back forty yardsales, so i passed on it.

 

This what i did, this what i told her , one mic, cheap $16-$45 one power chord with fuse $7, one mounted bracket, $13, one ant $25 for trunk mount , total $66 and then you don't know if worked or not , still looked like new , didnt smell burnt, but still with this times are hard i dont so, i ask her if she was willing too make a paper out too return it if it didn't work , i knew that was a long shot, nope she said o well i try'ed

 

yes it is, our local pilot here list on there shelf as $139.00 out the door , unless it on sale, i still like the look of the unden i had back in 1996 , chrome front with rounded corners, but i always had cobras all model for the most part.
