My first 2 years were in a log truck. The owner helped me get my CDL.

I'm a bit frightened now. I started going for trucking for it's lack of human contact. While I really like learning from more experienced people, have done it all my life, I don't want to sleep with them. I hate snoring, I make sleeping noises of my own that are not something I'd sleep with, and generally hate anyone after 8 hours. How will I survive 6 weeks of living with someone that will likely think my interests weird, and I can't listening to one more inane story?

    That presents a problem, Kagetsu.
You see, the answer to your question is just one more inane story. :evil3::smt024:smt035:read2:

Try city P&D. No snoring, no 8 hours straight with one person, other than yourself.

    Hi:

When I have finished school and driving as a new recruit, I then will be given the new truck to start work, what are the contract rules.?
Like are you obligated to stay for one year per there rules.
Is the health and dental insurance plans good.?
Will my recruiter help me and be totaly honest if I stick by the rules and do what they ask.
Is to many questions to much.?
Big commitment for me and I just want to make sure that is all.
    Thanks:

    I'll bet!
You're doing the right thing when you ask questions, but your's seem to be a tad vague. If you will narrow your questions down, and be a bit more specific, it would help us assist you better.

Although this may sound funny, my Mom and I are going to school Jan 14th to Feb 8th, we are hoping to do Team driving OTR. Of course the school makes it sound like we'll have companies fighting over us (because we are women with clean driving records) but I am concerned that in fact that isn't the case, are there many companies willing to take the chance on green drivers?
