    Fumes wouldn't be accurate. It's more just like dust. Gets in your ears and eyes. And expect black snot. It's not horrible just expect to die young haha

    How exactly does JSP work? I signed a "i accept this position" form for a position that opened up due to some dsa's graduating. They offered it to me knowing that of the three positions open that two were taken by dsr's. They then told me that they were giving the position to a dock worker that had just recently been hired by the company from his temp service. I am right in line for this position, two supervisors directly over that position wanted me in it. So I am not quite understanding what just happened, unless of course its just me getting the shaft. Is there any recourse for this or is this just standard op's at conway to screw people when they choose not to follow jsp.

    havent had a run in two months??? thats rough bro... thats what happened to me but i was gettin 10-15 hours a week on dock hence why I left. Im still in the hole from the summer

    Yea i transferred outa there like a month ago bro. I moved waaay out to nevada, but I like it. I made the line board, bottom guy of course, but I usually run every night over Donners pass to Sacramento...fml..

    how many miles is it from there? But congrats I know you wanted to transfer. glad your running though. I got into YRC as you can see lol. Starting tomorrow, Ill be a P/D driver, theres no road drivers at my terminal but they may bring them back soon. Pretty much same coverage areas as CWF was. Nice thing at YRC if you clock in and finish your day in 4 hours you still get paid for a full day. Im thinking about transfering to Daytona Beach one day, I love that area and wouldnt mind moving down there.

    How is CWF treating you in nevada? It most be nice not dealing with a certain person anymore who worked at both our old terminals lol.

    Lol i hear ya on that. Its not going too bad. I hardly get any dock time which saddens me. I like being on the dock. The run is 144 miles one way. Running donner every night blows, but I do alright.
