I guess they better ban qualcomms too...that constant beeping for unread msgs can be a distraction too.

I sure miss the days when a phone call home at night was something to look forward to.
Now the phone rings constantly with such pressing questions as "Whatcha doin?"
I love the new law as it provided an excuse not to answer the dang thing all the time.."Sorry, I was driving and couldn't risk the ticket."
If you look into this a bit they are just covering their arse as if the company allows phone use its a fine of up to $11,000 for them. -
Thats crazy, going a bit far. Big brother is always watching.

You make a good point about tham covering their backside. I love those "whatcha doin" calls, whatcha think I'm doin, maybe...DRIVING.

I've always had unlimited plans and never had a usage list. If you look at my bill it shows the date I paid it, the amount and that it's unlimited. If you look at my phone you can find the last ten phone calls I placed. Good luck proving I didn't pull over long enough to push two buttons to call home or the company.

And no, they wont get fined if your using hands free as it is NOT illegal to talk on the phone and drive.Raiderfanatic Thanks this. -
