haven't heard any more about it since those qualcomm messages they sent out a couple of weeks ago or whenever it was....it's been a little while

 

Anybody else get that qualcomm message about DEF?

If the problem they are having is drivers buying DEF at a truck stop when they're right near a terminal, why doesnt the company charge THEM for the difference in price? Why make everyone suffer for the actions of a few? Yes it would probably be a much bigger hassle for them to keep track of who's doing it and billing them individually, but thats THEIR problem. Total bull ####

 

So does this mean if I continue topping off my DEF every time I fuel instead of every other time, I'm going to be billed? Somebody please clear this up for me, because they clearly don't know how.

 

I would do the same thing as you I would top off the def everytime I fueled if def was available, the msg confused me as welll but to my understanding if you put def in every other time you fuel instead of everytime we should be good. I like how they complain about the cost of def, but waste alll this money in fuel to cater to certain drivers.

 

is that typical behavior? thinking of sending my resume in? any reason not to?

Wonder if they're going to deadhead me to Florida after I deliver in Michigan since my hometime starts on the 21st and this load delivers on the 17th
