Best wishes dude! Stay in touch.

Last day at home. Got some stuff done, but a lot more I need to do soon. Guess I'll have to take some personal days soon.

Ill be on yard again tomorrow as I get more song and dance while trying to recoupe some owed $. It will be interesting to say the least. If any of you are still around, try to say hello.

Well, it looks like we are stuck in Sacramento until tomorrow. Made it over Donner from Reno ahead of the snow yesterday. Today Donner is requiring chains. Would rather wait here than go to Truckee and hope for a parking space, LOL.
Also, won part of the battle over LTI, still waitig to hear on some additonal charges.

Nice to meet dujo too said hi to corpral, and emusfied this time on the yard. Well my plan to find an empty to get off the yard worked well. Was cleared about 5pm yesterday, but there were no empties, and 4 guys at the window complaining. So I ate and then went to bed. Got up at 5 am and had my choice of 3 empties. Hooked up to one then went to the window for a load. Picked up in paris, ready, and drops in los lunas thursday.

Do we do pallet loads out of los lunas?

Congrats truckershoney on getting some of the LTI reduced. Asking and playing the game helps.

    TRKRSHONEY Thanks this.

I usually never have a problem getting an empty. I sit in my tractor at night and wait until I see the yard dog bringing one over from the shop, then rush over and hook up.

Great to see what a good job they did with replacing my windshield.
In rain today and have a steady stream of water dropping down on the dash in front of me. Not a drip...almost a stream.

Sitting in LaSalle tonight. Was going to go to Morris, but remembered the TA still hasn't finished remodeling their showers. Last time there, it was a 5 hour wait list for one of the three operating.

Hmmmm, finally got the invoice from the Body Shop. Somehow our truck managed to travel 4500 miles from the time we turned it in until it showed up at the body shop. Being checked into now.

Made my drop in Los Lunas this morning, and NO we don't do the pallet loads from that walmart. Shucks... but there were 3 empties to choose from. I wish drivers would not drop trailers with problems. But I found one that passed a pre trip, hooked up to it, and waited for a load...
Now back in Amarillo, dropped the trailer at tyson, and now wait for the load.. 3 drops in NORTHERN california. Now if they wait until the DLD this is a team load. 1400 miles 2 days.

Sounds like you're gonna have fun TLea.

As for me, I got right out of Denver...a load from JBS out of Greeley up to Hartford, CT delivering on the 18th...then I got my preplan today. Hershey load from PA to Ogden, UT delivering on the 22nd. FINALLY things are starting to look up! Now if I can keep the momentum rolling and not run out of hours, I should be fine.

It's been severe clear across the country since my little #### my pants moment last Sunday. Here's to hoping that the weather will hold for my Westbound trek!

    Stay safe everyone!!
