They are a used truck dealer but wanted to post my bad experience for the benefit of anyone else who will deal with them.
Texas Truck Sales out of Dallas and Houston TX.
I've been waiting and waiting for them almost 2 weeks to get an answer on their financing so I called the financing company myself..it seems they gave the info a week earlier but Texas Truck sales did not know it or process it.
Brenda in finance at Texas Truck Sales figured it was her duty to call me and get on my case for calling the finance company myself, I did my best to apologize a bit but explained I was tired of waiting.
Now i get to Dallas in a hotel waiting on the truck to be delivered to Dallas from Houston, they have my 5 thousand dollars and financing is approved.
They told me a delay of one day due to a mechanical problem the driver had on the transport vehicle. I wait another day and a few hours before the truck was to be delivered here they called and said they sold the truck even though they had my 5K for 3 days and my initial 500 security deposit for over a week. I called the sales manager Hernan and he hung up on me and refused to take my calls afterward. Neither my salesperson, me, Brenda in finance or my finance company was made aware of this. So now I wait for my money to be refunded so I can buy a truck elsewhere paying for a motel and having no transportation. I've logged a complaint with the BBB (does it help?) and since been told the owner of Texas Truck Sales is a Mr. Ahmed A. Narsi. No one at the company will put me through to him when I call. No surprise there.

Forget the BBB, go to your States Attorney Generals office and file with them. They will get results. Best of all, it costs you nothing. They represent us, the consumer, and we pay taxes for them to handle these things for us.
Don't let this slide, go after them with the government behind you on this one.pagan22, drvrtech77, rollin coal and 1 other person Thank this. -

Appreciate the replies! You all got my back.
I went there today and got the refund receipts in hand now waiting for it to hit my bank, called the bank too so I'm confident its on its way.
Contracted a 2007 387 pete from Dallas Truck Center, their new salesman has been there 9 years and sales mgr 19 years. They helped in every way possible, gave me their fedex acct to use and even a ride to the other place to get my receipts and a ride back to the hotel. Ruben is my sales person and the main number is 888-307-1222.Duck Man and bullhaulerswife Thank this. -
Definitely report them to the tx atty general...Greg abbott the AG doesn't take too kindly of business's ripping off the people of the state of Texas.
