Just so you know, your DBL does not dispatch. They have "trip planners" in Green Bay that assign drivers loads. The DBL is there to take care of issues you have.

Trucking Jobs in 30 seconds
Every month 400 people find a job with the help of TruckersReport.

Actually, for workflow
ETA- Estimated Time of Arrival
NAT- Next Available Time (and location)
ETD- Estimated Time of Departure (no control over it, constantly screws up my NAT) -
is a good company only problem is they are Ata and the secretary of Ata is owner of crst and he is not on the up and up and he is probally taking ata money as well since he takes from his drivers
-
Yea, you also have to make sure your NAT is after your ETA or it wont let you fill out the crap. Your ETA will already be filled out. Sometimes you have to adjust it. For example a drop/relay.
-
Yep, and if your ETD is set for tomorrow even though its 0900 and you still have 9 hours to drive today, you have to call your dbl to have him update your NAT because you can't set it before your ETD. But if its the weekend or after hours you got to call support shift and wait on hold for a couple hours while you smash your face into the steering wheel over and over again because your bored and going crazy
-
And if you adjust eta nat etc dont put wrong reason in or your docked points
