Indian River Transport, Co. - Winter Haven, FL.?

Anyone hear anything about them setting the trucks so they can't idle when its a certain temp outside? Or if you idle to much your speed willl drop to 62

 

Why don't the cheap ######## put APU's on oh that's right they lease the trucks if warranty doesn't cover it it don't get fixed. Do they still consider an oil change just changing the filters and adding oil as needed?

 

I would not worry much about that #### been going around for years.

 

Always remember put everything on the qualcomm. Doesnt matter if they dont answer back. CYA .......that way they cant say `oh i dont recall that conversation' well should of looked at yout computer. Cuz it cant be erased.....

 

Sittin in winchester waiting for a bay, they woulda took me early but the silos were full, their is a scale here at the plant wish all were like it they give u a card and when ur on the scale you just scan it and your weighed, and the receiver does alll the work while I watch tv.

 

When I first started I had to talk to amy about hometime then it changed to I had to talk to dispatch, then it changed to they said you had to request over the qualcomm and when you get a reply that means its in the computer. Welll they don't answer back now and I guess its back to you gotta hope the idiot on the phone puts it in. Oh yea all these changes AN NOBODY TELLS THE DRIVER!!!!!

Dude you only been truckin for 5 years I dont think you know about when the river was not going to hell!! Not to say that I do ether. Someone has been droping excrement upstream for a long time now!

BTW I quit also but with there rehire policy you never know its nice to know that as long as we keep are nose's clean you always got a job there.
