That's totally different from the other website.

    http://safer.fmcsa.dot.gov/CompanySnapshot.aspx

I'll have to start checking both of them.

You can get average mileage by dividing total miles by the number of trucks.

Then in most cases if they ain't a team operation, you can compare the number of drivers with the number of trucks to get an idea on the turnover rate.

Them reports say more than broke down trucks and drivers. Looks like the'll be getting EOBR's.

Still that guy ain't telling the whole story. He posted everything they done and kept quiet about anything he done. Post and run after getting mad. Is someone suppose to believe everyone that comes here and doesn't explain things? You get everything from legit to the vendictive bad driver. When someone hides info and works there a long time, something is fishy.

They drive Volvo's and Macks. Drivers are usually running like their butt is on fire and their head was catching( as evidenced by the number of speeding tickets in their SMS), the ones I see at the tire places look wrung out( I know that is subjective).

I will say they don't do much whining compared to Big G, SDR, J+J, or Nationwide.

I have looked at the score, as 1-24-2012 we are at 74.1% down from 98.4%... The turn over is a kinda high, there is a full orientation class most weeks, sometimes it's just a few.. They do offer miles, from little regional runs an about 2000 miles a week, to a team operation that runs 14 days at a time and they get about 6-7000 miles a week, the pay is low for a team operation, an for an otr driver. I'm not sure of team pay, I think it's somewhere in the ballpark of 0.37 cents per mile to split and they only pay 0.31-0.32 for otr depending if you have a twic card.. I've been knocking down from 2900-3600 miles a week myself... They miles are here, just the pay is kinda low. P
Like I said in the first post, they alway got a getcha.. You just gotta stay one step ahead of em all the time.

Its more of a tactic to keep drivers on their toes. However, if you do cause a accident there should be no reason to not charge the driver.

Sorry man...wrong thing to say....as a driver I am an employee, if you hire me you run the risk I might bang up your unit, it is up to the employer to do his due dilligence prior to hiring and make sure the driver knows what he is doing.
