    The biodegradable spudware utensils are excellent for hot items like soup. They have the look and feel of plastic and outperform plastic in boiling and microwave testing and are biodegradable.

    Wishing I was somewhere on the road...

    I saw these at a food show that we went to last year. They looked really nice. They were real high quality disposal ware. I would love to see more restaurants go to these.
