wse or melton

    i know this is two different worlds but with a few months with wse and considering goin back with them but also why not flatbed? keep me in shape and gain experience maybe better pay?. any input appreciated guys thanks

    Don't know anything about WSE, but I worked for Melton and enjoyed it. They are a decent company. Treat them right and they will do they same. Miles are low for the winter from what I'm hearing. Averaging 2000-2200 miles.

    Never had to argue a paycheck, always got home on time or early.

    thanks iraqvet i think flatbed would be good for me to keep me busy and active, looks like they have good equipment. Bein that i only have 4 months otr i am gonna give em a try. Do they have a good flatbed oreintation?

    Being in VA, you most likely go to orientation in Ohio. They will have a few days of flatbed training for you. If you need more, let them know. They won't leave you hanging if you say you need an extra day of flatbed training. They were pretty good when I went through. I did not have any flatbed either.
