International ht 570 giving me a code for the #4 injector as follows: Sid4 fmi5 flash code 424
6 flash code 454

all signs point to this injector going or has gone bad. Truck is running good over 2000rpm's. Just at the low idle you can tell its missing or under load.

Any help would be welcome.

If your ok with diagrams you could do check for opens or shorts. This will be X2 of the IDM. If your ECM/IDM looks different, let me know what year your truck is and I will try again.

Injector Cylinder 4 Test Point

X2-1 to X2-21 spec 0.7 Ω to 1.5 Ω
If > 1.5 Ω, check for open or high resistance between IDM and injector, or open injector coil

X2-1 to gnd, X2-21 to gnd spec > 1 kΩ
If < 1 kΩ, check for short to ground in harness or injector coil. Disconnect injector and retest. If > 1 kΩ, the short is in the injector.

X2-5 to X2-22 spec 0.7 Ω to 1.5 Ω
If > 1.5 Ω, check for open or high resistance between IDM and injector, or open injector coil

X2-5 to gnd, X2-22 to gnd spec > 1 kΩ
If < 1 kΩ, check for short to ground in harness or injector coil. Disconnect injector and retest. If > 1 kΩ, the short is in the injector.

Thanks for the shcematic flow, i used it and it ended up being that the #4 and also #1 injector were gone bad. Used pro-link from snap did an injector load test and now all injectors spread out on the engine load percentage. Thanks, for you're help

Sounds like the injector has failed , over fueling. We just replace them . Because the internal failed and let too much fuel in at idle and underpaid.
