850 Hp is not what is blowing the head gaskets. I've worked my truck for years in excess of 1050 Hp or higher to the tires without a single head gasket failure

You say you have stock injectors with an 850 Hp tune in the ECM.
Can you be a little more specific about the parts and tune.
Engine serial number? This will tell me what stock injectors you have.
All marine/industrial/truck engines use different injector to achieve most of the Hp, so using a 850 Hp file in the ECM will not give you an 850 Hp engine without the correct parts in the engine
I need information to give you ideas of what is possibly wrongClarks2 Thanks this. -
Just my 2cs dont settle for the its within specs line from cat tell them you want the liner protusion at 5 tho and if they dont take to different shop get it set right. Been down the within specs route cost me money not the loser wrench working on it. Then follow Mr. Haney advice.
