messed up trainer and no one to talk to about it

Punch him right between the eyes and once his eyes uncross 20 minutes later ask him if he's ready to chill out or would he rather park the truck

 

`So are you still in training?If so do u have another trainer?Did you report this one?No student needs that kind of harrassment when he or she is just trying to learn.Yelling only causes the trainee to get nervous and not learn anything.So what if u made a wrong turn,everyone makes mistakes and you learn from them.If everyone was as perfect as that trainer then this would be a boring country we live in.Sounds like that trainer was only in it for the miles and not the teaching part.Never feel like you won't become a trk driver.You just have to be thick skin and don't let anyone bully you,you're much better then that.Hang in there because one day you'll make one of the best drivers out here.

 

Update on that guy.... He finished training as of Monday he was waiting on Springfield,oh for a truck

 

You're supposed to clean it yourself.

If you're going to complain to the company about how long it took you to clean, make sure your logs back up the time you claim to have spent cleaning it. If you weren't on line 4, they'll hit you with a log violation.

 

What did they give you?

 

Everything I read about Werner is NASTY... including the fact that they give you DIRTY, NASTY, FILTHY power units, and when I see their trucks they look it.

 

That isn't really the fault of the company if the the previous driver abandons it that way.

 

I hope they are clean when they are at the terminals...
