    Looking for some current drivers or former drivers that have worked for National Carriers out of Irving Tx looking to go to work for them the end of March what has turned me on to them is the lanes they offer in the midwest to south as I am currnetly living in the dallas fort worth are but am in the process of moving to Baytown I have talked to a few of there drivers and they all seem to be happy and making a decent living. But I know how that can be so any help would be appreciated and thanks in advance.

    Well Hello There neighbor - I live in the town right next too you; approx. to your south. I'm a former NC driver and I can tell you that they have great lanes; however the pay is lacking. You will run alot of HEB in san antonio, Hou, Amigo's meats in Hou.

    I quit them a while back but that is what I was doing was back-n-forth. Some multi drop as well, but it's not bad. Maybe a current driver can chime in here soon and give more feedback sir! :biggrin_25525:

    Well I sure do thank ya for your insight on them,like I said Iam looking at them for the lanes I like to run Tx and surrounding and being as I will be living in the houston area go there a couple times a week wont be bad for me the wife and the kiddos could meet me for lunch or dinner possibly.But yes I would like to hear from current drivers to kinda give me a feel of what to exspect do they run elogs,apu's,idle time how do they dispatch and so on benifits how do you guys like them any help would be appreciated. thanks in advance

    i work for them currently, and i like them. they're the same as any company, they like your money as much as you do. I like not having to sit to wait for a load, and i dont ever have to trailer hunt.
    I also like the fact that my dispatcher knows me by my voice. I worked for CRST and Knight, they know you're a number, not sure what your number is... this company knows my name. my dispatcher cares about my wants.
    just dont be late and its all gravy!
