Round 2 of new trucks.
The Challenger Thanks this. -
At least they are moving the main operations over to fort worth I think that is a good move. Major freight hub where they are moving to. I think they are gonna keep that old kroger store in Tulsa for the logistics side and some hr positions. Would not be surprised to see them open an intermodal operation in the next year. I think the SW guys are getting the freightshakers that's what a driver told me the other day at the Ozark, AR loves

young drivers, they fall for anything

lmao as i figured your a SE driver. you have no clue what goes with the rest of the company so why dont you stop running around bashing drivers that do. And yes they do have an OTR division. also a SW division. 57 ft Louisiana, Tx, Ok. SE Div, and then they have the Dedicated Mid West Div. so that proves you have no idea what your talking about.anybody who thinks im BSin? call recruiting and ask them. As far as the trailers go, if you ever been to houston yard you will see why the trailers are junk, THE MECHANIC doesnt do anything, the guys in the office even complain because when drivers come in for western C loads they cant get an empty trailers alot of times. I have picked up trailers out of there with flats, lights missing etc and have to go to the truck stop and have it fixed because the guy wont do any work. I made .40 per mile. Pay scale has always been good for me. The miles on the other hand sucked, therefore the checks sucked, and for you saying drivers are lazy, THE DISPATCHER will tell you how many miles to expect. It depends on what cycle you get into that week when you leave home. as far as the Wonderful equipment you described, they have been on DOT hitlist until a few weeks ago when they attained a Satisfactory rating ONLY because they finished installing peoplenet on all trucks as they promised them. They made that deal and it cost them millions. They have so many violations that dot knew it was a guaranteed citation everytime they pulled in a truck, think i am lying? look at the reports... so yes PEOPLENET was forced.
and no your correct, they dont force you to run illegal, Safety just forces you to stay put, while your dispatch charges you service failure fees for not moving. so yea it is your choice to get screwed whichever way you want it.
Fort worth has a company car? first ive heard.. ohhhh you mean the company van they only let the office staff drive and drivers that brown nose. Go ask to use the van and see what they tell you hahahaha.
Fortworth terminal has no laundry, nor a shower, 1 stall bathroom with a urinal and no toilet paper or hand soap and is filthy. they do have a decent restroom in the front though they let you use while in orientation, then that red carpet luxury is over with when you finished.
I do agree with you on the deadhead miles, if they have freight they will send you to get it. i have been 300 miles to pickup a load that delivered only 50 miles from where it pickedup. actually most for the mile i have ran were deadhead. if i didnt get paid for deadhead i wouldnt have a check. -
I passed a Link truck just yesterday,
wonder if he ever got out of that ditch !!! ??

123456 Thanks this.

Again, sorry It didn't work out for you.
I've never bashed any driver so you can slow your roll on that.
I can't see why you had such a hard time managing the peoplenet. Anyone with half a brain could figure out the tricks with it. -
