-
We knew ya could do it!
Congrats -
With the sim is double clutching required or is floating ok?
-
PSD its required. For upgrade you were allowed to float. Not sure if you still can
-
Double clutching is required for the driving test isn't it? That's why it's part of the PSD training. As for how realistic the simulators are,
my observation is you do loose the physical feedback of when you apply the brakes, especially quickly, or accelerate. Also the border
region between the mid and side-screens can do some funky stuff to your perspective vision, most noticeable when you get close to an
obstacle with the corner of your simulated truck.
Other than that it was a great simulator, the behaviour of the gears vs. the engine revs was very well done IMO. -
When I did my C seat test last week I was told it didn't matter what sort of shifting I used.
-
Only required for PSDers from what Ive seen.
-
Coming in as a Cseat driver, just wish it was a real roadtest.
-
You will do fine just listen to Wally.
