Hi I am new to the form, just found when I was searching for info on oil patch jobs. I have not drove for 5 years now but just did my medical to keep my license. I have experience in moving some smaller cats 160/200 an a few dozers, Tried team driving long hall but only lasted 3 weeks not for me ! Been working for sears for 5 years as a service tech fixing appliances but only neting 1300 every 2 weeks is not cutting it anymore. Where are all the jobs I keep hearing about up north in the oil patch making 3500-4000 a week ? I was thinking about quitting my job and going to school for instrumentation. But that is 2 years an 20,000 bucks. Then all the oil companies want 5 years experience. I have no kids , no wife , no girlfriend and want to make serious money , I know its who you know, any info would be great Thanks Carm

Hi Carm, welcome to the forum. I hear ads on Road Dog radio where they're looking for just one year of experience. Don't recall the name of the company.
    Good luck to you.
