Conway Truckload Drivers what is your 20?

Made it to Lancaster yesterday. I will be able to get a 34 before delivery in the am and then it is off to Corpus Christi.

 

It works out fine. I am NE regional but don't abuse the privelage of being able to go home everyweekend. I am out 3-4 weeks home 2-3 days. The DH is not paid to go home but I don't mind after all I am on my way home so I don't mind. Back in the truck now waiting to leave out. Rough home time, a friend almost lost his hand during the day on my way home so I ended up goin up near Saint Pamphile, QC (US side) to run a processor for him and watch his guys. Got to spend a total of 28 hrs at home out of 2.5 days. He is doing good and ended up getting surgery, but he made money with the help of me and another friend only staying out 3 weeks this time so I can actually spend time with my family next time home

 

Deadheading 300 mi to Big Springs TX to pick up a load tomorrow night at West Container...anyone ever p/u there?

Still at waiting on a load to leave out from home. Going on 17 hours now. They always do this and the. I always end up DH to 1 of 3 shippers. I think it's funny, it seems they don't keep load histories. Oh well going to eat breakfast and wait for them to send me my 13:00 PU in Mass or my 15:30 PU in VT

 

Countyboy, I am guessing it's probably not legal to DH you into Canada. I picked up from a paper plant at Lake Utopia, NB that delivered down to North Haven, CT. I had delivered in St. John, NB. Don't know how common that load to Moosehead in St. John is. I do know we'd been there before. But it sure would get you some miles and close to the house. Originated in Mexico. I caught it as a relay from another driver in Shreveport. It was a heavy booger, bottlecaps. Could you imagine that as a dedicated run for you?

dh from san antonio to houston, picked up, now in the middle of nowhere utah heading to fife, wa. been with conway for 2 full months now after one year with a previous company and could not be happier. great group of friendly drivers and the list is very long of other pro's toward this company. happy to be a part of it.

 

Went in early and got loaded by 2pm in Lawton getting dinner then on up to Joplin ....
