Training is going well. Good training at that. Starting my second week. Driving and backing this week. How everyone has a safe day. TMC is a good company but laying how to tarp and vision and strap will take done getting used to and learning hows to do it. But I'm sure the more we do it there want be any issues later.

Is there a waiting period to get into Orientation? I talked with a recruiter on Friday, but he hadn't received my application yet. I've got to call back Monday morning. I've got about a years experience, 6 months with CR England and 6 months pullin' a step deck with my dad. I've been out of a truck for about 7 months, decided to try to be a cop... No cop jobs in rural Missouri. I've gotten alot of info off this forum, Im still a little concerned though that Im going to have problems getting on with TMC. Does anyone have some idea of what they expect from their experienced drivers coming in? Thanks

How hard is it to get on with TMC? I've got a completely clean driving record, nothing on my criminal record. I've got about a years experience driving, some of it flatbed. Anyone out there think I'll have a problem?
