Everything leads to one thing from what I've been told and read.. JCT's shop sucks!
So now I wonder, do you have to take a used truck (if that's what's left) or is it possible to wait for a new truck to come in? -

It can happen if your maintenace fund is low and something exspensive breaks. It's kind of a luck of the draw on the truck situation in getting a good one.
